LATS allowances will rest within each Authority at the commencement of the Project Agreement, but this may need to be reviewed at regular periods throughout the contract term as relative tonnages and usages of ultimate waste solutions vary. There will need to be a mechanism between the Authorities regarding the sharing of all costs and income associated with the LATS regime. A joint LATS strategy will be developed and included as a schedule to the agreement.
