Michael Stoneham is a banking and finance partner with over 25 years' project finance experience, based in our Edinburgh and London offices. He has worked on oil and gas, power, renewable energy and housing finance transactions, and has been heavily involved in PFI/PPP financings, refinancings and rescue/recoveries in all sectors since 1997.

Ailsa Ritchie is a partner, based in Glasgow, involved in all aspects of project work, focusing on public-private partnerships. Ailsa has experience of acting for public authorities, private sector clients and lenders in a number of sectors, including education, health, defence, streetlighting and water.
