13.1 The parties shall comply with the provisions of the Disaster Plan.28
13.2 The parties shall liaise with each other in accordance with the Liaison Procedure in order periodically to review and update the Disaster Plan.

28 This is not the same as the Board's Major Incident Plan. It is intended to deal with how services will continue to be provided following the occurrence of some form of emergency or disaster at the Board's site, as well as in the aftermath of events outside the site where use of the Board's facilities are required. It may be beneficial for the Disaster Plan to address issues such as Temporary Alternative Accommodation (see Part 18 of the Schedule).
