16.1 Project Co shall be responsible for:
(a) obtaining all Consents which may be required for the performance of the Project Operations; and
(b) implementing each Consent within the period of its validity in accordance with its terms.
16.2 [Board to include any project specific provisions relating to planning agreements etc. NB: costs associated with such agreements should be for the account of Project Co.]
