17.5 The parties acknowledge that the Board may, from time to time during the Construction Phase, be required to procure the erection of hoarding, site boards, plaques and/or other signage in connection with the Project. Accordingly:
(a) where requested by the Board acting reasonably, Project Co shall procure the erection and maintenance of such hoarding, site boards, plaques and/or other signage as the Board may require.
(b) the size, design, information disclosed, position and materials used in connection with such hoarding, site boards, plaques or other signage shall be approved by the Board, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld.
(c) for the purposes of this Clause 17.5, the Board shall be deemed to be acting reasonably where any proposals made by it and/or any approvals exercised by it conform with any relevant guidance issued to NHS Boards by the Scottish Government or NHS [Identify Area] in relation to such matters whether by Health Service Circular or otherwise.
