The provisions of Part 17 of the Schedule (Market Testing Procedure) shall apply to Market Testing of the Market Tested Services.

112 Boards should refer to DoH and Scottish Government Health Directorates guidelines on PFI and market testing and to the generic drafting in Part 17 of the Schedule. If an alternative to market testing is proposed on a particular project, this should be discussed with the Scottish Government Health Directorates Private Finance and Capital Unit.
