2.3  Enabling Schemes

2.3.1 The project may require a number of enabling schemes either prior to the start of the development, or during the contract period. These should be identified in the Project Plan. The Commissioning Manager will need to organise appropriate commissioning plans which will form part of the commissioning master plan.
