3.5.1 It is vital that the commissioning process integrated into the normal business of the NHSScotland Body. The Full Business Case will have demonstrated how the project contributes to the NHSScotland Body's objectives and how services will be improved.
3.5.2 It will be the responsibility of the Project Director to ensure that the work on commissioning, in defining staffing levels, budgets and operational policies is integrated with the overall business planning process.
