Integrated Project Team

Stakeholder and business or user representatives will be involved in the development of the project and the project board or steering group will be effective in the development of the design.

The entire membership of the integrated construction project team will be identified, their responsibilities and internal relationships made explicit in a revised organogram.

The team will operate under the leadership of the lead consultant, who has the responsibility for co-ordinating the input of the rest of the team.

The Project Director, through the Project Manager, must ensure that during this process:

•  The integrity of the brief is maintained

•  The project remains within the budget

•  The process is completed to programme
