8.3  Capturing the Results

The process will invariably end with a meeting to collate all the results of the sub-elements of the evaluation. These meetings need to be strongly chaired to ensure that clear conclusions are drawn. It can help to start with a pre-prepared blank evaluation spreadsheet which is populated during the meeting as the final scores are agreed. This shows all the participants in the process how their contributions have affected the overall result and may assist in securing buy-in to the end result.
