Whose Standing Orders will apply to the Joint Committee?

4.34  In agreeing to set up the Joint Committee, the constituent authorities will need to agree whose standing orders will apply to the Joint Committee. Where there is a full-time officer team which supports the Joint Committee, it is convenient to adopt the Financial and Contract Standing orders of the authority which acts as their employer.
