Holding land?

6.13  A JWA is able to own and deal with land in the same way that any individual authority. This is a very real and practical advantage to a JWA over other joint working arrangements.

6.14  At the establishment of a JWA, the constituent authorities will need to identify assets which they are proposing to transfer across to the JWA and must also propose procedures and timings for any such transfer to take effect.
