Whose Standing Orders will apply to the JWA?

6.15  Once the JWA is established, it will need to adopt its own constitutional arrangements. It is not obliged to follow or adopt any of the constitutional arrangements or standing orders of the constituent authorities, although it may choose to do so if these are seen as best practice or if there is a consensus that this is a practical way to proceed.
