25.2.1 If at any time either Party is of the opinion that any dispute is not likely to be resolved by consultation under Clause 25.1 that Party may invite the other to attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation administered by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution, International Dispute Resolution Centre, 70 Fleet Street, London EC4Y 1EU.
25.2.2 If the Parties fail to resolve the dispute through consultation under Clause 25.1 within seven (7) days or, where the dispute was referred to mediation pursuant to Clause 25.2.1 and the dispute has not been resolved through that process, either Party may refer the matter to an Adjudicator selected in accordance with Clause 25.3 below.
