Without prejudice to Clauses 25.1 (Consultation) and 25.2 (Mediation) above, either Party may give the other notice of the intention to refer the dispute to adjudication and the adjudicator ("Adjudicator") shall be selected in accordance with Clause 25.4 (Identity of Adjudicator).
