25.12.1 The Parties shall continue to comply with, observe and perform all their obligations hereunder regardless of the nature of the dispute and notwithstanding the referral of the dispute for resolution under this Clause and shall give effect forthwith to every decision of the Adjudicator and the courts delivered under this Clause 25.
25.12.2 Nothing in this Clause 25 shall prevent either Party from resisting enforcement of any decision on the grounds that the decision is invalid in law, whether through excess of jurisdiction by the Adjudicator or by breach of the rules of natural justice or in conflict of interest or in bad faith or otherwise.
