27.1 No notice required to be served upon any of the Parties under this Agreement shall be valid or effective unless it is in writing and served either:
by delivering the notice by hand to that Party at the relevant address set out in Schedule 9 to this Agreement or to such other address as that Party may notify the other Party in writing, and the notice shall be deemed to have been duly served at the time it is so delivered provided a receipt is obtained; or
27.2 by posting the notice in a pre paid envelope sent by recorded delivery and addressed to that Party at the relevant address set out in Schedule 9 to this Agreement or such other address as that Party may notify the other Party in writing and the notice shall be deemed to have been duly served two days after the date of posting.
27.3 Where any notice is deemed served pursuant to Clause 31.1 after 4.00pm on any day, the notice shall be deemed to have been served on the next working day.
