28.1 Except where expressly provided in this Agreement, this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties in connection with its subject matter and, in the absence of fraud, supersedes all prior representations, communications, negotiations and understandings concerning the subject matter of this Agreement.
28.2 The Parties acknowledge that they have not entered into this Agreement on the basis of any representation that is not expressly incorporated into this Agreement.
28.3 Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, no Party shall have any remedy in respect of any untrue statement made to him upon which he may have relied in entering into this Agreement, and a Party's only remedy is for breach of contract. Nothing in this Agreement purports to exclude liability for any fraudulent statement or act.
