1.1 The SLA Management Board shall, unless the SLA Management Board otherwise decide, be called the "SLA Management Board".
1.2 The SLA Management Board is established under Section 101(5) of the Local Government Act 1972, as applied by Section 20 of the Local Government Act 2000 and Regulation 11 of the Local Authorities (Arrangements for the Discharge of Functions) Regulations 2000.
