SCHEDULE 5 - Payment and Performance Schedule

 Authorities may wish to develop this schedule to include: 

•  Calculating for Tipping Away Payments;6

•  WCA Liability for Landfill Tax and Costs for Breach;

•  WCA Liability for compensation payments and/ or adjustments to the Unitary Charge arising directly from any breach by a WCA; and

•  Recyclate revenue sharing mechanism.
