The NCPPP is an organization that advocates and facilitates the formulation of public-private partnerships within all levels of government. Their mission is to educate and raise awareness of these partnerships to stakeholders and provide a picture of how private entities can perform public services in a more cost-effective fashion while providing quality service. NCPPP charters an advisory council made up of membership from both the public and private sectors. These members are interested in a wide range of areas in which public-private partnerships could provide beneficial services.
