Literature Review

The research team collected various reports, publications, business documents, communications, presentations, and white papers during the course of the project. The literature review allowed the team to compile a majority of the background information found in this report, providing an essential foundation needed to frame interview questions that address gaps and delve deeper into issues that necessitated further exploration. A comprehensive list of references is included in Appendix G.
