Sunset Review

Yes. State agencies are scheduled for termination at least every 10 years unless affirmatively continued by the Legislature after a sunset review process. ADOT will terminate on July 1, 2016, unless continued (Ariz. Rev. Stat. Ann. §§41-2951 et seq. and §41-3016.27).
