The Virginia Department of Transportation signed an agreement with Clark Construction Group, Inc. and Shirley Contracting Company LLC to begin design and construction of improvements along the Route 28 corridor in Fairfax and Loudoun Counties. The agreement is for the replacement of 6 interchanges and ultimately 10 interchanges along the corridor. Construction is underway and the first six interchanges are expected to be completed by 2006. ]
