The aim is to help Authorities apply best practice based on a good understanding of the terms of their contract and the management challenges posed by the complex nature of the contracts and the waste sector in general.
The development of the Guidance to date has already benefited greatly from input from various parties with experience of contract management. We are very keen to have further input from parties with relevant experience. Hence we would welcome your feedback, comment and suggestions on the Guidance which will be taken into account in producing the final version of the Guidance.
