Unless the context otherwise requires defined terms set out in the following endorsements shall have the meaning set out in the Contract.

34  The endorsements in this Part 3 of Schedule 10 (Required Insurances) is recommended drafting. Whilst the parties should endeavour to obtain cover in accordance with these wordings, if these are not in practice available, the parties should obtain the best terms reasonably available in the market at the time.
