3.A.11.  Liability for Costs

The costs of the Authority necessarily and reasonably incurred in connection with the Partner Admission Agreement and/or of obtaining the necessary certification of comparability in accordance with paragraph 3.A.7.1(d) shall be borne by the Contractor152.
