13.  DELAYS

Authorities may consider affording relief or compensation for delay similar to paragraph 3.6 of schedule 26 (planning). However more risk share is expected as relates to permitting. Compensation or remuneration should be considered here on a Project specific basis.

There ought to be no blanket Compensation Event.
