Part 3  Waste Acceptance Protocol

[Note to Bidders: This ought to be limited to setting methods for inspecting and agreeing the presence of Ad Hoc Waste and may include some high level site rules (eg Vehicle validation procedures). It should not seek to transfer risk to the Authority for composition or tonnages by setting delivery times (beyond the Opening Hours envisaged by the Authority's Requirements), permitted and/or rejected waste types, or daily/weekly/monthly minimum/maximum tonnages beyond the overall Minimum and Maximum tonnages assumed in the Contract (if any).
