10.3  Consents

10.3.1  [Insofar as any consents are required for the carrying out of Works at and operation and/or use of the Site(s) the Contractor will at its own expense in all respects procure that such consents are obtained [prior to the Lease Completion Date] for the relevant Site and will supply copies of any consents to the Authority.22]
