10.5  Title

Title to the Site(s) having been deduced to the Contractor or the Contractor's Representative prior to the date of this Contract the Contractor shall take [the Lease(s)] [the Underlease(s)] with full knowledge thereof and shall raise no requisition thereon or objection thereto save in relation to any matters that have not been previously disclosed to the Contractor arising after the date of this Contract revealed by usual pre-completion searches at HM Land Registry or HM Land Charges Registry.
