23.1  Obligation to Accept

The Contractor shall Accept in accordance with the Authority's Requirements all Contract Waste 45 that is delivered to it by or under the direction of the Authority, subject at all times to the applicable Maximum Tonnage.

45  Authorities should take care if they amend the definition of the definition of Contract Waste or Municipal Waste that the Authority is not left with an obligation to deliver waste it does not have (i.e. because it has a power to collect Commercial Waste but does not do so for example).
