51.2  Affiliates

The Contractor shall not enter into or amend a Third Party Waste Contract or an Off-Take Contract with an Affiliate unless the Authority has confirmed in writing (not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed) that it is satisfied that the provisions of Clause 51.1.2 have been complied with.
