Required drafting (see Section 21.2.3 of SoPC4 and Section 6.3 of the Defra Derogations Guidance) as follows:

Subject to Clause 67.1 (Rectification) if a Contractor Default has occurred and the Authority wishes to terminate the Contract it must serve a termination notice140 on the Contractor.

140 This notice will specify at least the information in Clause 67.1.1. For the Direct Agreement to work effectively, a similar notice should be delivered to the Agent containing the information required by the Senior Lenders.
