81.8  Prohibition

The Contractor shall procure that no Sub-Contractor will sub-contract to any person any of its duties, obligations or responsibilities where one or more of the grounds set out in Clause 81.6.3, 81.6.4, 81.6.6 and 81.6.7 apply to the person to whom the work is proposing to be sub-contracted.
