84.7 Prior Consent
Where the Contractor, in carrying out its obligations under this Contract, is provided with information relating to a member of the public, the Contractor shall not disclose or make use of any such information otherwise than for the purpose for which it was provided, unless the Contractor has obtained the prior written consent of such person and the prior written consent of the Authority.167
