87.5  Further assurance by the Contractor

The Contractor shall, if and when necessary as required by the Authority, at the Authority's expense sign, execute and do and use its reasonable endeavours to procure any third party properly executes all documents and does all acts and things as the Authority may reasonably require to fully and effectively enable the Authority to obtain the benefit of the licence (including the right to grant sub-licences) granted under Clause 87.1 (Licence from the Contractor to the Authority) and/or the rights assigned to it pursuant to Clause 87.3 (Assignment to the Authority).
