92.3  Consequential Changes

Without prejudice to Clauses 92.1 (Continuity of Contracts) and 92.2 (Sterling References) the Parties shall negotiate in good faith in order to agree any amendments to this Contract and/or any Ancillary Document which the Authority determines to be reasonably necessary as a result of the introduction of the euro (and, if relevant, so as to ensure that the terms of this Contract and any Ancillary Document reflect then current market practices and conventions relating to the introduction of the euro).
