Guidance drafting (see Section 30.4 of SoPC4) as follows:

The Contract and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Subject to Schedule 22 (Dispute Resolution Procedure), the Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.178
