WIDP holds an annual conference for all Local Authorities in England. In the past these have focused on procurement issues. However in the future the focus will shift to post close issues and the conference will be used to:
• present case studies highlighting good practice in contract management;
• disseminate news from the centre; and
• facilitate networking opportunities for Authorities managing waste PFI/PPP contracts.
