Co-location helps to improve communications
3.8 Co-location of the authority and contractor will improve lines of communication and should lead to problems being identified and dealt with earlier. Figure 25 shows that co-location leads to a good relationship.

| NOTE 1. This comment relates to circumstances perceived to exist during the manufacture phase of the project. The project is now in its in-service phase and the Authority deals directly with the project company responsible for the service delivery at the RAF base.
