Besides bidders we consulted with:

■  Officials of the London Borough of Greenwich;

■  The Director of the first sale competition;

■  Advisers to English Partnerships and the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister;

■  The New Millennium Experience Company; and

■  Key stakeholders in the redevelopment of the Greenwich Peninsula, such as London Underground Limited and British Gas plc.
