Case studies of eight Trusts |
To gain a deeper understanding of the services delivered via PFI and the challenges that Trusts face in managing contracts. Visits included interviews with contracts managers, senior management and clinicians from the Trust and key staff from the ProjectCo and subcontractors. We also carried out a high level review of the systems and controls used to run the contract. |
