Provision of Details and Indemnity (Clause 1.7)

2.41  Clause 1.7 requires the Contractor to give the Authority on request details of any action which it or its Sub-Contractor anticipate taking in respect of relevant employees. If no such action is envisaged confirmation is required and any failure to comply with this clause will result in the Authority being indemnified for all its direct losses incurred as a result of such failure.
