Offer of Employment on Expiry/Termination (Clause 1.11)

2.56  Under Clause 1.11.1 if TUPE does not apply on expiry or termination of the Agreement, the Authority is responsible for ensuring any new contractor or service provider offers employment to the Contractor's/Sub-Contractor's employees. Any such offer must generally be on the same terms and conditions as applied immediately before the expiry or termination of the Agreement. Clause 1.11.3 contains an indemnity from the Contractor where any such offer is accepted.
