Right of Set-Off (Clause 2.5)

3.17  Clause 2.5 gives the Authority the right to set-off any amounts it is due to pay the Contractor against any overdue employer or employee contributions and other payments which are due from the Contractor or Sub-Contractor under the Admission Agreement.
