Contractor Ceases to be an Admission Body (Clause 2.6)

3.18  In the event the Contractor or a Sub-Contractor do not want to offer LGPS or believe it is not possible to obtain ABS or, for whatever reason, it ceases to be an admission body, if there are no employees who are eligible for LGPS then the Contractor or Sub-Contractor must establish a "Contractor Scheme".
