Transfer to another Employer (Clause 2.12)

3.31  If during the Agreement the Contractor transfers to a new employer the employment of the eligible employees engaged in providing the Services, it must ensure it consults with and informs such employees of their pension provision concerning the transfer and the new employer complies with these same pension provisions (including the bulk transfer provisions).
