Pension Issues on Expiry or Termination (Clause 2.13)

3.32  On expiry or termination of the Agreement, the Contractor must (and ensure its Sub-Contractors do likewise):-

3.32.1  maintain information and documents reasonably required to manage the pension rights of and aspects of any onward transfer of any of the persons engaged in the Services.

3.32.2  promptly provide the Authority with such information as it reasonably requires before such expiry or termination; and

3.32.3  co-operate fully (and ensure the trustees of any Contractor Scheme do likewise) with any reasonable requests from the Authority or the Administering Authority concerning any necessary action required to manage the pension rights of or ensure the onward transfer of pension rights on expiry or termination.
