Conduct of Staff (Clause 3.3)

4.24  Authorities will also need assurance that their policies in respect of such matters as health and safety, equal opportunities, security arrangements and governing the behaviour of persons on the Site are complied with. Whilst the Contractor will be requested to comply with such policies, the Authority will also need assurances that its staff, together with persons on the Site on behalf of the Contractor conduct themselves in accordance with such policies. The Authority will normally ask for the ability to instruct the Contractor to take disciplinary action against persons who are guilty of misconduct or are negligent as well as require exclusion from the Site or any part of it if the Authority has reasonable grounds for considering a person's presence or conduct thereupon to be undesirable.
